Hi, I’m Youngna. I’m a strategist, researcher, and product leader with 15+ years experience building innovative digital products in media, education, and tech.

I believe thoughtful communication is the crux of both successful teams and strong working relationships, so my work is often about listening, synthesizing, and reframing.

I speak regularly about building products for children, children’s media, parenting, product leadership, and building and scaling healthy teams. I also write a weekly newsletter and recommend my favorite children’s books.

I live in Brooklyn + High Falls, NY with my husband and two kids.
